Lidia Filippone considers the protection of her users' personal data (hereinafter, the “Users”) to be of fundamental importance and guarantees that the processing of personal data carried out through the website www.LF_Translations.it (https://www.LF-Translations.it) (hereinafter, the “Site”) is conducted in compliance with the rights of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, the protection of personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the “Data”), in accordance with the provisions of European Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter, the “GDPR”) and other relevant national and EU provisions.

The Data Controller acts as the Data Protection Officer (DPO, e-mail: lidiafilippone2@gmail.com), to whom the User may address any request regarding the processing.
All collaborators of Lidia Filippone who access, or will access, User data operate/will operate under the direct authority of the Data Controller, are/will be appointed as persons authorized to process personal data, and have/will have received, in this regard, adequate operational instructions.

Consequences of failure to provide Data

Data retention period
The Data will be stored in electronic format and kept for the period of time strictly necessary to comply with legal and contractual obligations.

1. necessary for fulfilling the requests will be kept for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the request, if the request does not result in a contract;
2. necessary to ensure Lidia Filippone's compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax regulations) will be retained for the period specified by the applicable legislation;
3. necessary for Lidia Filippone to execute any contracts entered into with the User will be retained for the entire duration of the contract as well as for the period necessary to guarantee Lidia Filippone the defense of her rights in case of disputes relating to the contract concluded with the User (6 months after the expiration of the limitation period provided by law);
4.the contents in the CVs will be kept for a period of 24 months from the date of receipt;
Transfer of Data Abroad
The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
User rights regarding their personal data
The User has the right to request from the Data Controller:
1. confirmation that Data processing is taking place and, if so, access to the Data and the information referred to in art. 15 of the GDPR (purposes of processing, categories of data, categories of recipients, data retention period);
2. the rectification of inaccurate Data;
3. the integration of incomplete Data;
4. the deletion of Data, in cases provided by law;
5. the restriction of the processing of Data, which allows you to obtain, in cases provided for by law, the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future;
6. to receive the Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit them to another data controller (so-called portability);
7. to withdraw consent where given;
8. to object in whole or in part to the processing of Data, in accordance with the law, where applicable;
9. not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you;
10. to lodge a complaint, pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, with the national supervisory authority of the European Union member state in which you have your habitual residence or place of work or where the alleged violation of your rights has occurred; if this state is Italy, the authority you may contact is the Data Protection Authority.

Storage of the Data
The Data will be stored in electronic format and be kept for the time strictly necessary to comply with legal and contractual obligations.
In this regard, it should be noted that:
1. the Data needed to process requests will be kept for the time strictly necessary to process the request, if the request has no contractual follow-up;
2. the Data needed to ensure Lidia Filippone's compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax regulations) will be kept for the time provided for by the related regulations;
3. the Data needed for Lidia Filippone to execute any contracts entered into with the User will be kept for the entire duration of contract as well as for the time needed for Lidia Filippone to defend her rights in case of disputes relating to such contract (6 months after the expiration of the statute of limitations provided by law);
4. the Data contained in CVs will be kept for 24 months from the date of receipt;
Transfer of Data abroad
Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Rights of Users with respect to their Personal Data
The User has the right to request from the Controller:
1. confirmation that a Data processing is taking place and, if so, access to the Data and the information referred to in Article 15 of the GDPR (purpose of processing, categories of data, categories of recipients, data retention period);
2. the amendment of inaccurate Data;
3. the integration of incomplete Data;
4. the cancellation of the Data, in the cases provided for by law;
5. the limitation of the processing of the Data, which allows him/her to obtain, in the cases provided for by law, the marking of the stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future;
6. to receive the Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data controller (so-called portability);
7. to revoke consent where given;
8. to object in whole or in part to the processing of the Data, in accordance with the law, where applicable;
9. not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning him/her or similarly significantly affects him/her;
10. to lodge a complaint, pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, with the National Supervisory Authority of the member state of the European Union where he/she has his/her usual residence or place of work or where the alleged violation of his/her right has occurred; in the event that such state is Italy, the entity he/she may appeal to is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
